Learn more about local Bok Choy with this digital infographic. It was created to help you easily “digest” the nutritional benefits and fun facts of local Bok Choy. It serves as a go-to resource to learn about what Bok Choy is, its health benefits, and ways to cook it.
With the help with APIFM Staff and friends, we were able to translate this infographic into 5 different languages!
